Theorem Office

Durant, OK | 3,900 sf | 2019

Constructed in 1913, this building was originally constructed for farm implement storage. During its time, it has served multiple purposes from ROTC drills, slot car track races, archery practice, and a dance hall. The building sat vacant for forty years and in 2015, construction began. The intent was to accentuate the original structure and character of the building. During demolition, heart pine flooring was uncovered and preserved. When taking a look at the space, you’ll see exposed ceilings with roof trusses. Interior glass walls bring natural light to the core of the building, creating a modern working environment.
