With over 24 years of experience in architecture, project management, construction, furniture and millwork design, Shane knows the importance of a streamlined, functional job site. He founded Theorem in 2008 after almost a decade of practicing architecture and construction in Charleston, SC.

Lenzie Knight, SHRM - CP, PHR

Director of Operations

Lenzie has a vast array of experience in human resources and project management. She joined Theorem in 2009 to streamline business operations so that Shane could focus his energy on client projects.

Lenzie and her husband Shane have two beautiful and active daughters, Bellamy & Nora.
