The design concept is based on the region's historically agrarian vernacular, shaping a contemporary and energy efficient municipal facility. The Law Enforcement Center and 911 Communications Center houses office space for administration, detectives, patrol and emergency dispatch. This facility contains evidence storage and processing labs, classroom space, training rooms and briefing room.
